Chicago native. Completed medicine training at UCSF followed by cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Came to Mt. Sinai for interventional training in 2005. Has spent over a decade of his 16 years in practice as faculty at Mt. Sinai. Is an expert transradial complex coronary operator and serves as faculty for multiple practical courses on atherectomy and complex transradial interventions. Is the director of the transradial and STEMI programs at Mt. Sinai main campus, as well as the program director of the general cardiology fellowship based out of the Brooklyn Hospital Center. Proud father of a 4-and-a-half-year-old daughter and lifelong tortured Chicago sports fan.
