PHYSICIAN CONTINUING EDUCATION

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions and Gaffney Events. The CMEsolutions is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The CMEsolutions designates this live activity for a maximum of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

ABIM MOC II RECOGNITION

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component and 75% passing on MOC test, enables the participant to earn up to 9 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

NOTE: ABIM MOC II points for CCC 2021 can only be claimed until July 18, 2021.

The CCC Symposium will be supported through educational grants and exhibit fees from commercial supporters.
